Star Cast: Anushka Sharma,Ranveer Singh

Comment: Fresh and Youthful
Quick Story:
It's a movie about two youngsters Shruti Kakkar(Anushka Sharma) and Bittoo Sharma(Ranveer Singh). Shruti who wants to be a wedding planner, is an outspoken, sharp, ambitious girl whereas, Bittoo gives a feel of a typical aimless-college going boy who is busy with everything else but studies. They meet in a wedding where Bittoo get charmed by bold and beautiful Shruti. This is basically, the start of an endless journey.
At the end of the college, somehow both of them start a low profile wedding planning business "Shaadi Mubarak" which reaches new heights with their deadly combination. The turn in story comes after a one night stand between them. On one hand, even after predefining the "Business Code Of Conduct" Shruti is fine with what happened and she falls in love with Bittoo. But on the other hand, Bittoo is almost dead with the fear, that this will impact the success of their business. They depart and ultimately they unite which leads the story to a happy ending. That's what Indian viewers want isn't it?
The narration above might be too simple but what makes this story different is the casual and lively punch given by the Director Manish Sharma. There are some light moments in the movie which you wouldn't want to miss. There are no obvious loop holes in the story and the screen play. The accent adopted by both Anushka and Ranveer is hilarious and there is an amazing chemistry between both of them. The screen presence of Anushka Sharma is brilliant, with a touch of Dilli ki Kudi. But it would be unfair if I don't mention Ranveer Singh, who would leave viewers wondering if BBB is his debut movie. Music is catchy and would keep you engaged.
On the final note, Band Baja Barat is a breath of fresh air. With marriage being an integral part of Indian culture, who would mind attending so many weddings at the same time with a cost of just one movie.
